Draftguard is a secure, specialized software-as-a-service platform owned and operated by Taillon Industries LLC in California. This platform is strictly restricted to sworn law enforcement agencies, corporate security intelligence investigators, and authorized criminal justice practitioners. Access is subject to manual identity and credential verification.

We collect account information, usage data, and the case materials investigators upload. Uploaded materials are processed securely to support drafting and analysis. We follow a strict data minimization approach where raw files are not retained longer than necessary. Conversation history, workspace context, and related drafts are retained for up to 240 days to support ongoing casework and auditing, after which they are automatically purged. Agency administrators and case owners can also trigger manual deletion at any time.

We do not use any customer-uploaded data, prompts, or generated content to train AI models. Our infrastructure and AI processing are handled through vetted U.S.-based providers including Microsoft Azure Government Cloud, OpenAI, and xAI under strict data processing agreements. OSINT and reconnaissance capabilities use established industry tools and public data sources.

All outputs require active human review, editing, and digital certification by a sworn officer before official use. The platform supports California SB 524 transparency requirements through audit logs and disclosure features to help maintain evidentiary integrity under scrutiny.

We employ encryption at rest and in transit, session timeouts, and other safeguards consistent with law enforcement standards. California residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by contacting us at [email protected]. We respond to such requests in accordance with applicable law while respecting law enforcement retention obligations.
