Draftguard is provided by Taillon Industries LLC. By accessing or using draftguard.ai you agree to these Terms of Use.

This platform is restricted to sworn law enforcement officers, authorized criminal justice personnel, and approved corporate security investigators. Unauthorized access or use is prohibited. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload. By using the service you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Draftguard services. All generated drafts, narratives, and outputs must be reviewed, edited, and digitally certified by a qualified human investigator before any official use or submission.

The platform is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that AI-assisted outputs will be error-free or suitable for any particular purpose. Reliance on any generated content is at your own risk. You agree not to use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or agency policies.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for any conduct that compromises the security or integrity of the platform. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. We may update these terms with notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
